The supply can include various types of materials depending on the application:
· Carbon Steel (for sprockets and gears used in low-cost applications)
· Alloy Steel (for greater wear resistance in high-performance applications)
· Stainless Steel (for applications in corrosive environments and for longer maintenance-free durability)
· Aluminium Alloys (for applications with moderate loads and where weight needs to be minimised)
· Titanium Alloys (for high-performance applications and high corrosion resistance)
Upon specific request and depending on the application requirements, we can provide heat treatments suitable for the intended use:
· Quenching and tempering to increase hardness and wear resistance
· Case Hardening for a much harder surface
· Nitriding
· Other treatments

Even though these are mechanically simple components, the combination of gear, chain, and sprocket is crucial to ensuring efficient and reliable power transmission. Correct selection and sizing are therefore fundamental for optimising performance in any application, be it industrial conveyors, construction machinery, automatic machines, agricultural machinery, lifting systems, etc.
In addition to supplying gears machined from solid metal (more precise and with very tight tolerances), we can also supply cast gears.
